What do you do on a daily basis?
This company is offering a temporary contract through Undutchables until December 2023.
- Enter and maintain information related to HR, namely the data pertaining to new hires, into ERP system
- Update documentation such as procedures, manuals, and templates
- Liaise with colleagues in other offices to ensure correct information is being collected
- Provide reports on data and ensure efficient processing of data requests
- Consistently improve the quality of data
Requirements
Who are you?- MBO thinking level
- 2-3 years’ experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and handle daily workload
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Fluent in English, proficiency in French or Spanish would be a plus
- Have an affinity for volunteer or non-profit work
Working conditions

- A salary of 2.500 euros per month, based 40 hours
- Option to work from home 1 to 2 days per week
- 16-24 hour work week
- 3 fixed working days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
