Part-time Data Entry Clerk [Netherlands]


 

What do you do on a daily basis?

  • Enter and maintain information related to HR, namely the data pertaining to new hires, into ERP system
  • Update documentation such as procedures, manuals, and templates
  • Liaise with colleagues in other offices to ensure correct information is being collected
  • Provide reports on data and ensure efficient processing of data requests
  • Consistently improve the quality of data

Requirements

Who are you?

  • MBO thinking level
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and handle daily workload
  • Experience working with an ERP system
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in French or Spanish would be a plus
  • Have an affinity for volunteer or non-profit work

Working conditions

What does the company offer?

This company is offering a temporary contract through Undutchables until December 2023.

  • A salary of 2.500 euros per month, based 40 hours
  • Option to work from home 1 to 2 days per week
  • 16-24 hour work week
  • 3 fixed working days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Reimbursed OV travel costs
  • An international environment
  • Company provided work computer

Salary from: €2500,-
