Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inbound and Chat Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service and technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be able to understand and diagnose customers' technical problems and provide appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers with regards to products, services, and troubleshooting
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer technical issues
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members
  • Accurately document and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer issues and potential areas for improvement
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfactory

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support and technical assistance, preferably in a software or technology company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain patient and professional at all times
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and diagnose complex technical issues
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred but not required.
