Division: Operations
- Responsible for continuous improvements in their domain
- Reviews & develops policies procedures with appropriate risk mindset
- Leads and/or actively contributes to projects and operating changes, depending on the size.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Has a very detailed expertise "end to end" in one or few business domain. Understands the impacts on clients, operations, systems and external stake holders. Is responsible for controlling the most complex processes.
- Manages and resolves situations outside standard processes like escalations or more complex investigations ...
- Lead improvements in domain whether covering clients, operations or business projects from a quality, costs or risk viewpoint.
- Coaches and delivers trainings in high / complex processes
- Is responsible for and/or role model in continuous improvement, ie autonomous in running Problem Solving Sessions, review new processes, drafting and implementing new procedures. Applies transversal thinking. Implements structural solutions that fit within the business service context and needs. Defines, implements and monitors periodical indicators (KPIs). Analyzes data and present conclusions. Regularly reports progress to senior management and/or relevant parties. Monitor performance against targets.
- Interacts effectively with different internal and external stake holders ( other divisions, clients, depositaries ...).
- Leads or contributes (depending on the size of the project) with a good level of autonomy to projects related to clients, risk or operations . This may require writing or validating business requirements, testing or preparing operational readiness (including delivery of training) . Work is not closely supervised but outputs are subject to managerial review.
