As Regional Channel Development Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring target achievement with our distribution partners across the region. You will oversee regional channels, align targets, and plan proactive sell-out activities helping to further develop our partner network.

- Track country forecasts and ensure monthly target achievement together with local teams
- Control implementation of regional channel commercial conditions and programs
- Develop, align and cascade targets
- Proactively develop, plan and implement regional sell-out activities with countries
- Review periodically T2 partner base and create growth strategy
- Maintaining relationship with existing partners, recruitment and onboarding of new partners
- Coordinate training programs for T1/T2 partners sales staff
- Development of regional new channel sales strategies
- Planning of regional sell out activities
- Implementation & management of sales processes
- Development and implementation of sales support tools
What we ask
- Economic education with focus on marketing
- Past experience and success in a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and effective relationships building
- Solid commercial and financial awareness
- Sound knowledge of IT tools: MS office, PowerBI
- Business English, national language
