Who you are:
- You have 3+ years of broad technical knowledge that includes an understanding of Application architecture, Server Infrastructure, Data Center build, and Building Management Systems.
- Facilitator of Corporate End-user technology consulting with management and engineering teams.
- Provider of business systems analysis, data analysis, and analytical skills.
- Ability to create solution prototypes and proof of concepts.
- Worked with version control systems like GIT.
- Excel (Pivot tables/VLookups) whiz.
- Great communicator.

What you will do:
- Work as Systems Analyst on a multi-year smart building rollout project.
- Analyze IoT devices, including data flows, network dependencies, and technical specifications.
- Translate requirements into clear and actionable instructions for the implementation teams, helping them understand the project's specific needs and goals.
- Map the IoT devices back to the original design and create datasheets.
- Evaluate services for potential risks is part of the responsibilities.
- Collaborate with various teams, like engineering, Infrastructure and security.
- Create matrices and traceability maps to explore design options and vendor implementation details.
- Use your insights to help prioritize project tasks and determine the order of implementation.
- Define tagging rules and ensure proper device tagging and restriction to specific application endpoints.
- Support testing efforts to verify expected behavior and identify exceptions.
- Use your logic and connect the dots.
- Translate requirements into clear and actionable instructions for the implementation teams, helping them understand the project's specific needs and goals.
- Be an integral part of the implementation to include Middleware and SaaS.
It would be awesome if you had the following:
- Experience with Network services and Security Architecture.
- Worked on a major Real Estate project.
- Did some Prototyping and POCs
- Worked with IoT, OT - Operational Technology and/or Smart Buildings.
- Analyzed data using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Did some Scripting or writing SQL statements.
- Edge Computing expertise and some Azure cloud
