1. Provide administrative support for operations team and the Management 2. Greet and direct visitors, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing and filing documents 3. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies 4. Assist in meeting arrangement, power point and meeting material preparation 5. Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
