Job Role: Warehouse and Operations Executive
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Position: Permanent, Full time
Location: Chessington
Days/Hour: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: From £25,000 depending on experience
Main Function of the Role
As part of the Operations Team you will be responsible for the warehouse environment ensuring it is kept in a safe and clean condition. Receiving, checking and storing of goods in. Picking, packing and courier liaison for goods out. Liaising internally to address any issues with goods received or despatched. Regular stock checks. Occasional London deliveries - c. once per week. Occasional visits to customer sites to clean coffee equipment. Assisting in the refurbishment and preparation of drinks equipment and other tasks in relation to engineer and ops team support.
Main Responsibilities of the Role
To maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
Carry out stock control relating to consumables and machine stock parts
Pick and pack consumable orders placed by customers for same day dispatch
Assist other team members with machine deliveries
Check your work against company quality standards
Learn to complete unsupervised hygiene visits to valued customers
To work on customer premises unsupervised in a professional and courteous manner
To complete refurbishment works of high value parts and machines

Skills & Experience
Ideally you will have worked in a warehouse environment and have some experience handling goods in and out
You may have an interest in things technical
A full clean driving licence
You will have
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Good interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions
The ability to lift objects under 25kg
Reliable and hard working
The ability to work on own initiative and be flexible and a good team player
A love of coffee!
