In this role, as part of the i-Health R&D team, you will play a critical part in driving innovation strategy by leveraging breakthrough technologies and solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of long-term platform portfolio for our microbiome and women's health business. Your key responsibilities
- Scout technology opportunities for innovation in consumer healthcare and non-drug solutions across i-Health's platforms.

Identify and develop new technologies, science, and emerging trends beyond the company's current capabilities.- Cultivate partnerships with external organizations for collaboration, licensing, co-development, and research.
- Stay updated on global technologies and scientific advancements to inform i-Health's technology roadmaps.
- Conduct due diligence and translate new science/technology for potential commercial opportunities.
- Manage an active pipeline of projects to showcase i-Health's competitive advantage.

You bring
- Master's/Ph.D. degree in a technical field (Nutrition, Food Science, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical Engineering) is highly desirable.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in dietary supplements, functional foods, Over the Counter medicine (OTC), and nutrition innovation.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities, with a focus on balanced decision-making.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing diverse tasks within tight timelines.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, collaboration, and communication skills with problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in start-up, tech scouting, or VC environments.
- Proven track record in stage gate product development, including commercialization and external or co-development projects.
