- To maintain and operate liquid bulk and specialty gas delivery equipment such as gas cabinets purifiers, bulk tanks, analyzers and valve manifold boxes.
- Understand how the equipment works, identify individual components included in each assembly and perform periodic maintenance.
- Perrform daily rounds including verifying purifiers set points, recording readings, calibrating analytical equipment, completing safety surveys, monitoring inventory gas levels, verifying toxic gas monitoring operations and completing chemical pours where required
- To carry out routine preventative maintenance and plant maintenance program.
- To maintain cylinders inventories.
- To monitor and understand correct liquid bulk delivery procedure for each product on site.
- To demonstrate knowledge of all proper reporting procedures per on site operations manual including product acceptance, tank fill, inventory and material usage, bulk gas analysis, analyzer calibration, monitoring, safety parameters and Personnel requirements.
- To demonstrate ability to obtain proper assistance when confronted with problem situations.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Superior
Salary range is based on experience and skills.
