Job Purpose To support and advise the Director of Planning and Performance to lead and manage Company's strategic planning and the performance monitoring process in order to ensure alignment with its Mandates.Roles and Responsibilities Strategy Development
Assist and provide technical advice in the development of the Company corporate strategy derived from its mandate and to align the strategy with the Government directives as outlined in the 2040 Vision
The advisor will support and provide assistance in cascading down the strategy to the various entities under Company and to ensure horizontal integration with other interfacing functional strategies within Company.

Operational Management
Support in the Planning & Performance directorate's daily operations by providing expertise, enabling teamwork, and aligning processes, in order to achieve high performance standards and meet established targets.
Organizational Performance Management Monitoring
Support and provide technical assistance in developing comprehensive performance management framework through
Performing the required business analysis and benchmarks to implement the best practices in monitoring performance, and regularly review external environment to ensure that Company's organizational performance management system is achieving its objectives.
Lead the process of developing and managing the Company's corporate Scorecard and all subsequent ones within Company and for Company entities.
