Admin and Accounts Assistant [India]


 
  • To manage reception & attend to service users and deals with enquiries on the phone and face to face
  • To assist service users with politeness, clear communication & promptness
  • To be responsible for opening new service users files manually and to maintain all the files and support the line manager in preparing the monthly reports
  • Generating invoice/receipts to clients for Rehabilitation Fees
  • Tally of receipt money at the end of the day and deposit in bank.
  • Tracking of QR scan amount received and Bank Transfer.
  • To do pass the purchase entry in Tally and maintain the stock register updated as well as to maintain the manual stock register book.
  • To maintain the office premises clean and attends to visitors and deals with inquiries
  • To assist for dispatch and receiving couriers/posts/parcels and maintain the inward and outward register
  • To be responsible to update staff profile, leave details and other admin and HR needs to the MIHQ.
  • To be responsible to organize venue and logistics for training/meeting /workshop at the office and field level.
  • To do remind concerned coordinators activity related to cheques and cash advance clear

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
